Mr. Rodrigues holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from M.I.T. He also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University and a J.D. from The University of Chicago. He has significant experience working on and managing political campaigns at the local, congressional district, and state-wide level.

Joshua T. Ouellette
Director of Research & Development
Mr. Ouellette holds a bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering with Information Technology from M.I.T. and a Masters Degree in Political Management from The George Washington University (with the distinction of Valedictorian). Mr. Ouellette has substantial experience working with statistics and developed the core of our Real-Time Targeting algorithm while working on his Master’s Thesis.
